Icmica Pax Romana has a general assembly (plenary assembly) every four years. This used to reduce the organisational costs, but with the disadvantage of low participation of the movements. Today, technology makes it easy to organise online or hybrid meetings. Moreover, most accounting organisations have an annual rhythm.

The proposal:

To hold a general assembly every year. Every four years this assembly will also have the task to elect the new team.
