how to create an ICMICA MIIC organization in my place

to whom it may concern

i am a volunter here in ethiopia, teaching HS students in the catholic church here in Jimma with students volunter from IMCS. I want to create an organization that will be an affiliate of your organization for me help this country, in any ways.

iam from the philippines, a lecturer in civil engineering at jimma univetsity.

i wnt to extend help for these people, i a way of creating this organization that will be a core group to createa move in dealing with some problems here

hope to extend you promf response regarding the matter.
