ICMICA is present in around 20 countries in Africa, with 12 constituent members and 08 corresponding members. ICMICA Africa has a good relationship with the Bishops ‘Conference of Southern Africa and Eastern Africa. It is in the process of re-establishing the relationship with the Regional body of Bishops’ conference in Africa (SECAM). At a regional level, there is progress in terms of membership development. For the last two years, ICMICA Africa has managed to reach out to a few countries like Burundi, Nigeria, Malawi, Botswana, South Africa, and Senegal.
