Ana Maria Bidegain
President
Dr. Ana María Bidegain is Professor of Latin American Religions at Florida International University. Bidegain’s main research themes revolve around the Catholic Laity Organizations, Latin American Christianity, Women and Religion, the role of the Church in Society and Politics in Latin American History, and the Religious Experience of Latin American and Caribbean migrants, on all these topics she has published extensively in several languages. (19 books, 31 articles, 51 book chapters)
Active Pax Romana members since 1968 when she studied in Uruguay (MCU) and later as profesional in Medellín (Equipos Universitarios) and Bogotá, Colombia (Centro Emmnuel Mounier). Adviser in the 90’s in Latin American and Caribbean Religious Conference (CLAR) and in the CELAM since 2017 to date.
In 1986-1987 she was invited as adviser and keynote speaker in the preparation of the Synod of Bishops on the Laity at the CELAM and the Vatican. In 2018 she was invited by the Pontifical Commission on Latin America as keynote in the CAL Plenary Assembly on Latin American Women in the Church and Society.
Rev Luis Maria Goicoechea

Luis María Goicoechea Buruchaga. Murgia (Álava), Basque Country, Spain, 1947. He studied at the Diocesan Seminary and the Faculty of Theology in Vitoria, Álava, and was ordained as a priest in 1972.
Immediately after, he went as a missionary to Machala, Ecuador until 1977, quickly getting involved in the student movements of MIEC-JECI.
In 1978, he started working as an Advisor for the Latin American Secretariat (Lima, Peru) of these movements, where he stayed until 1989. During this time, he collaborated with various teams of young students from different countries in the region. The rich experience of those years, including tensions and conflicts, has left a profound mark on his life.
Upon returning to his diocese, he served in several parishes. He was the Rector of the Diocesan Seminary of Vitoria (2003-2016) and President of the Executive Commission of EGIBIDE (Secondary Education and Vocational Training) of the Diocese of Vitoria and the Society of Jesus (2015-2017).
Since 1992, he has been part of successive international teams of MIIC-ICMICA as a European or global advisor.
Finagnon Jules ZANNOU

Jules is married with four children. He is a Researcher at the University of Abomey-Calavi. He is a founding member of the Catholic Movement of Executives and Political Personalities of Benin (MCCPP)
He has a doctorate in Public Law (University of Parakou) and a DESS (Specialized Higher Studies Diploma) in Governance and Democracy and a DESS Project Management and Local Development (University of Abomey-Calavi) and a diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) Human Rights and Democracy (UNESCO Chair of the University of Abomey-Calavi).

Since 2014 teacher of planning and project management (Faculty of Sciences and Techniques (FAST / UAC) and in Master 1 Community Health of the Faculty of Health Sciences. From November 2009, Honorary President, Founder of the Center for Japanese Culture (CCJ) in Benin. Olive Maria HAJAMIHARISOA is an industrial engineer. She is from Madagascar, currently living in Kenya. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) with 7 years of experience in project management.
She worked as a control quality technician and a production manager assistant at Bionexx Fianarantsoa Madagascar (2012-2015). She served as the sub-regional coordinator for Central Africa and the Indian Ocean of IMCS -International Movement of Catholic Students (2011 to 2014). She worked as a Pan African Coordinator for IMCS (2015-2019) and a Pan African Coordinator for ICMICA (2019 to date).
